About MindfulBreath

MindfulBreath was born when founder Chris read James Nestor’s book Breath and began taking breathing exercises seriously. This journey led to exploring many more books, and over time, he was amazed at the improvements in his life—better focus, reduced stress, and enhanced well-being. Inspired to create a dedicated space to record his breathwork sessions, he developed MindfulBreath to track three key methods: resetting with resonant breathing, monitoring health improvements through the BOLT score, and aiding recovery after exercise with box breathing.
